You are allowed to make Fanwork as long as it isn't monetised i.e. it must be for personal use only and must not be sold. The only exceptions are paid art and writing commissions, which must be one-off, custom-made works for a specific client.

Continuous monetisation, like a patreon for a series or fan project, or selling prints or buttons of your fanart, is not allowed. Being commissioned more than once by the same client is of course fine.

Fanwork must be derivative of the projects it originates from. You cannot use nor claim my intellectual property to represent yourself, your brand, or your creations (e.g. using a character of mine as your VTuber model, recreating my characters in your games without permission, etc.)

While you are mostly free to create any fanwork you like, there are some restrictions. Do not whitewash my characters, or erase their transness or queerness. Do not use my characters, worlds, and works to create hateful art, or to spread hateful or bigoted ideologies. Please do create works that explore grotesquery and rot; push my characters, yourself, and your audience to the limits of comfort.

Selling any merch of my intellectual property is not allowed. This includes any Fanwork related to my games, stories, characters, settings, art, and otherwise.

You are prohibited from using any of my art assets: including images of official merchandise, images on our social media, and otherwise, to create your own merch, even for personal use. 

You may potentially create your own merch of unofficial assets, i.e. fanwork, for personal use: provided it is not sold and the artist agrees to the personal use.

Fangames are allowed on a case-by-case basis. They must not use any of my game's official assets, code or frameworks. Please read my Fangames Rules and Guidelines and email me to get approval.

You must not make any attempt to decompile my games, or harvest assets, not even for personal use.

You are wholly prohibited from utilising AI in relation to any of my projects. AI illegally infringes upon my rights and my contributors' rights. This includes, but is not limited to, AI-generated images, music, voice, text, and feeding original content and/or my characters to AI generation softwares (such as c.ai and more).
